For allied health practices

Appointments, travel and claims on one calendar.

Occupational therapists, physiotherapists, speech pathologists and the practices they work in serve NDIS participants appointment by appointment. Nexrosta schedules the session, the travel between participants and the billable time — and captures each of them once.

Scheduling

Appointment scheduling, beside shift rostering.

Therapy runs on appointments — forty-five minutes here, an hour there — while support work runs on shifts. Nexrosta holds both on the same calendar, so a practice that does some of each is never forced to pretend one is the other.

Travel

Travel between participants is part of the day.

Community-based therapy means driving between homes, schools and clinics. Nexrosta puts that time on the calendar, so back-to-back bookings in different suburbs collide on screen rather than in traffic.

On the calendar

Travel sits between appointments as its own block, so the day's driving is visible when the bookings are made — not discovered on the road.

Attached to the visits

The travel record keeps which appointments it connects. When someone asks why Tuesday held four sessions and not five, the answer is on the calendar.

Yours to claim, or not

The NDIS Pricing Arrangements set out when provider travel can be claimed. Nexrosta keeps the time record; the claiming decision stays with you.

Billing

Billable time is captured once.

Most practices retype the week into an invoice run on Friday. In Nexrosta the appointment is the record, and the claim is written from it.

01

The session is delivered

The appointment already holds who was seen, by whom, and for how long. Nothing needs to be written down a second time.

02

The time is approved once

Delivered time is confirmed where it was recorded — not copied into a timesheet, then a spreadsheet, then an invoice.

03

The claim comes from the same record

Claim lines are priced against the date-effective price book and written into an NDIA bulk payment request. CSV, Xero, MYOB and QuickBooks exports in every tier.

The team

Tasks and meetings for multidisciplinary teams.

A participant's goals often cross disciplines — OT, physio, speech. Shared tasks and structured meetings keep what the team agreed out of any one clinician's notebook and in front of everyone.
