AUD, billed monthly. The displayed amount is the total subscription price. Nexrosta subscriptions are supplied by HOLD HANDS PTY LTD (ABN 69 644 535 722; ACN 644 535 722). The seller is not currently registered for GST. No GST is charged on this software subscription.
Staff seats include enabled staff accounts and unexpired invitations. Participant and family portal accounts are free. Archived accounts and expired invitations do not count.

Free never requires a card. Team starts only when paid checkout is available and you confirm the subscription in Stripe. There is no automatic conversion from Free. If you activate Team before adding a sixth member, checkout reserves one additional seat for $12/month; it remains available for your next worker.
Staff seats are counted from enabled accounts and unexpired invitations, including owners and administrators. Added or removed seats on Team are prorated for the remaining billing period and appear on the next invoice. Team has a one-additional-seat minimum of AUD $12/month until cancelled, even if your team falls to five or fewer. Review seats and schedule cancellation in Plan & billing to return to Free.
You can schedule cancellation from Plan & billing and keep the paid seat allowance until the period ends. Afterwards the organisation returns to Free. Existing staff access and records remain available; adding or reinstating staff is blocked while you exceed the five-seat allowance. You can resume before cancellation takes effect without changing your agreed price.
The core offer includes accounting file exports, not a promise of live two-way integrations, SSO or a public API. Digital participant signing is currently configured for the Hold Hands document pack. Other provider packs need template setup before signing can be enabled.
Existing customer prices and assigned Provider access are preserved. The Team offer applies to a new Team subscription; choosing a card here does not reprice an existing subscription.
Plan & billing shows the payment status. Existing work remains accessible while Stripe reports an active, trialling or past-due subscription. If Stripe ends the subscription or marks it unpaid, the account returns to Free and new staff additions follow the Free limit. Records are retained.
