How does it handle a shift that crosses a SCHADS penalty window — evening, night, weekend or public holiday — and does that segmentation flow through to pay and claims?
Can it roster a 1:2 or 1:3 SIL shift and split the cost across each participant's plan, and where does the rounding get recorded?
Does it produce NDIA bulk payment request files itself, or does claiming happen in a spreadsheet outside the product?
What happens when a worker's screening check lapses — is the shift blocked, flagged, or nothing?
Where is your data hosted, and what can you export if you decide to leave?
