How the Xero integration works

Approve the week's timesheets. Approved hours become invoice lines drawn from the same shift record behind the roster and the claim.
Choose a period and Nexrosta writes a Xero-ready invoice export file — in every tier, including Free.
Import the file into Xero. Or, on Growth, connect your Xero organisation once and invoices flow across live, with no file handling.
Reconcile in Xero as usual. The invoice, the timesheet and the NDIA payment request agree line by line, because all three were written from the same shift record.
Prices come from the date-effective price book, so a shift worked before a price change is billed at the rate that applied on the day.
