Choose the period and Nexrosta writes a QuickBooks-ready export file — included in every tier, including Free.
Import the file into QuickBooks and post the invoices as you normally would.
Reconcile line by line. The books and the NDIA claim tell the same story, because both came from the same shift records.
That is the whole integration. QuickBooks is export-only — there is no live sync, and we would rather say so here than let you assume otherwise.
